Line numbering is still available from the Page Setup menu on the Page Layout tab, but the templates are probably a more reliable solution. How do I type in those names on the right side of the page vertuically? You can apply character and paragraph formatting, and you can use styles. I just can't change them. I have a form with a bound text box that is properly displaying data from a field. What should I do to fix this problem? I have tried everything I know to do, and still this glitch persists. Right-click the object, and then click Cut or, press Ctrl+X. I was not aware that screwed preferences could cause this particular problem!! My briefs seem to be 50-100 pages, so going in one by one can be time consuming when my turn around is expected same day or within 24 hours.
The list is populated with the Field names from the RecordSource as recognize by Access. But it's these 2 things I'm stuck on. The first is when I notice that suddenly all of my text is in Times New Roman at 12point font. I turned on the paragraph marker and notice I had a hard return at the top of the page with the problem column, so I deleted it and at the bottom of that page I place a page break to move the border row back to the top of the next page. I want to know if there is a way to convert the data in the field as number type and keep the data in the field. My solution was to cut each page then paste each page as a new document and then go back into the Footer and renumber them to match each of the cut six pages in sequence. I see no reason why this text input box should reflect the paragraph and font settings at all, bearing in mind it can not display them. It works in some of the pages, but not for the others. Would love to know how to perfectly format pleading in word!! When I click anywhere on the box, it brings up a dialogue that will let me edit colors, formats, shapes, sizes, layout, wrap etc. If you need to preserve other paragraph formatting like indentation, etc. A hardware company has been to a client and installed a new server.
Has anyone else had this problem? Office 2016, even in compatibility mode, does not allow you to edit text boxes that have been generated with a previous version. I see that one can also produce the same result the apparent inability to type into the text box by for example increasing the size of the font to say 24. Any help would be greatly recieved. You made the innocent mistake of typing three dashes in a row and hitting the Enter key, and Word decided that you must have wanted a line all the way across the page. Jul 21, 2006 Ok here goes I need some help with getting my form form 2 to autofill from another form form 1. I'd like to change the field names upon import- or- have some way to match the confusing field names in the data file to the easier field names in the table. All information entered in this data entry form goes to a Unit table. After fixing the margins and re-formatting a lot of the internal text tables, flow-charts, etc , I sent it back again.
Iwant to be able to change the value in the text box but it won't let me change it. After entering the class and rate for that supplier in the subform the table 'Rates' is populated. This is the last piece of my project that i need to complete and it is really bugging me. Sometimes they type in 'Willows', sometimes it's 'The Willows', 'Willows Unit 2', etc. I am typing out a legal document. Is there any code, or property setting that can set it up, so the users can type in the entry and it will narrow it down? I am assured by the hardware company that the only difference between the old and new setup is the name of the server.
